Get Fair Skin? or Restore Your Skin Fairness

Hey, so today m going to tell you some basic tips that will help you to restore your face skin fairness or glow that you lost because of sun tanning and dust or pollution. let me clear first thing is that if your skin color is dark from the birth or genetically then this article is not for you. There is no cream or cosmetics or any tips to make you fair and stop thinking that having a dark complexion is disadvantage for you. Its all about your knowledge and confidence or skill that matters. So don't watch videos on youtube, or read articles that promise to turn dark skin into fair skin in weeks or months.In this article  m talking about those people who lost their fairness because of lack of proper care, sun exposure, dust. That thing can be restored but you have to give a time and care. There is lots of videos that promise to restore your fairness in weeks or days but trust me all those videos are fake.But today m going to  share my experience, my routine, my tips that help me to give my healthy skin back.

1.Regular workout


First thing you have to workout regular. I am not talking about joining gym or lifting heavyweights. Start with something normal like jogging , running, push ups, planks, yoga etc. This will help to regulate the blood flow in your body and helps to make more new cells on each part of your body including face. its not only help your face skin but your overall body starts to getting healthy and active 


2. Stop Eating junk Foods

if you are person who is addicted to junk food then trust me its not affecting your tummy but also affects your face too. harmful fats that goes into your body makes your skin damages. I used to eat burgers daily and i started to getting fat on my tummy area or facial area. The harmful fats makes your skin more oily and your complexion gets darker. So first you have to stop eating junk food .

3. Drink Plenty of Water

I used to think what benefits come from drinking water ? But then one of my friend suggested me to drink atleast 6-7 glass of water. Water helps to remove bad fats from your body not only from face. it keeps you hydrated and your face will start to glow. it reparis dead cell or tissue of your skin and help them to look better. So make sure you must target to drink atleast 6 glass perday.

4. Face Care Routine
Now you have to take care of your face. You have to choose products according to your face skin type. make sure whatever product you are using it must be chemical free. For this i always use natural products or Ayurvedic Products.

Steps to Follow For Daily Skin Care 

1. First in morning you have to drink a glass of water

2. Second wash your face with facewash that not only wash the dust but also moisture to your face. For this i use patanjali Honey lemon Facwash or you can use any kind of facewash but it must not be harsh

3. Third eat healthy and drink lots of water in a day

4. Fourth make sure you do some exercise

5. Fifth at night wash your face with again facewsah that remove oil and dust from your face. 

For this at night i use Patanjali lemon Facewash. it makes your skin a little bit dry then you can apply a little coconut oil to your skin or you can create a mask of Aloe Vera jel. Aloe vera jel help to repair your skin and makes it glow and even help to remove acne and pimple.
Use Sunscreen cream whenever you go out
Follow this procedure for a month you will start recognise  the changes.

5.Use a healthy facemask twice a week


To remove sun tanning

Take 1 spoon curd, half spoon honey, half spoon lemon juice,2 spoon of Gram Flour (Besan). 1 pinch of turmeric (Haldi).
Mix all the 

ingredients well and apply it on your face.

Wait for 20 minutes and wash it with normal water. 

This facepack will de-tan your face or help to clear dark spots. But use this only twice in week. Monday and Sunday only.


To make skin tight and glowing

For this take a 1 spoon earth fuller power, add some drops of Gulabjal and a pinch of turmeric (haldi)

 apply it to your face. Use this twice a week. It will help you to tight or close your open big pores on cheeks and help to make glow your skin too.

Follow these above routine and it will make your skin fare or spotless and helps to remove black dead cells from your face.
I am using this routine personally and it helped me so much. But the thing is you have to wait for at least 30 days then you began to see results. This is total natural process hence it will take sometime to show results. But it repair your skin from internally and helps you to maintain that skin fairness for long time. On the other hand use of chemical may get you result faster but it will damage your skin too.
